We are located in bright, fresh premises at our office in Danvikscenter Stockholm and work with recruitment for the cruise ship Birka Gotland.

Birka Gotland is operated by the company Gotland Alandia Cruises, founded in 2023 as a joint venture between the shipping companies Viking Line and Gotlandsbolaget. Birka Gotland offers cruises and regular trips between Stockholm, Mariehamn, and Visby starting in spring 2024.

We are looking for someone with good organizational skills and who is used to working under pressure. We expect you to be a humble team player while also being able to work independently.

The work includes:

• Staffing
• Coordinating
• Interviewing
• Assisting in daily operations
• Following recruitment processes
• Continuous contact with candidates

It is an advantage if you have experience in recruitment and good computer skills.

The position is full-time during the period of June to August by agreement.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, office hours at the office in Danvikcenter Stockholm.

Salary according to agreement.
